If any pet is found to have fleas there will be a minimum £10 (dependent on pet size/extent of problem) surcharge as a flea shampoo will have to be automatically applied. This charge also covers fumigation of my premises to ensure no fleas are passed on to other customers.

Please be aware that while every effort will be taken to brush matted and knotty coats however depending on the extent of matting this may not always be possible. Under the Animal Welfare Act 2006 no de-matting should be carried out for more than 20 minutes. Your pet's welfare and comfort will always come first - you will be advised beforehand if your dog will require a short clip
